Real cards, already graded, already vaulted. Every card in a Trophy Room pack is a PSA-graded card physically held in the PSA Vault under Headline's account before the pack goes on sale.

Locked before the first sale. When a run is built, each pack is assigned its card, a secret salt is generated, and a SHA-256 fingerprint of (card id, cert number, salt) is stored. A run hash over all fingerprints is published on the pack page. Nothing can be swapped after that without changing the hash.

Odds from the real cards. The value odds on each pack are counted from the cards actually sealed in that run — never typed in by hand.

Your reveal, your proof. After you open a pack we show you the salt. You can recompute the fingerprint below and compare it to the commitment.

Then it's your call. Keep the card and Headline transfers it into your own PSA Vault account. Or accept Headline's buyback offer and the credit lands instantly.
